On Wednesday, September 17th Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty and Jameson Commercial hosted the Annual WCR Developers Panel. The event took place at The Montgomery Club and was moderated by Jameson’s very own Harry Huzenis, who founded and started Jameson Real Estate more than 30 years ago. Attendance for the event totaled over 250 people.
8 panelists occupied the stage and included experts in every area of real estate. The panelists included Robbie Briggs, Broker and Owner of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s -Dallas; May de la Vega, Founder and CEO of ONE Sotheby’s Miami; Michael Delrahim, Managing Partner of Brown, Udell, Pomerantz & Delrahim, Ltd; Nikki Field, Senior Global Real Estate Advisor of The Field Team Sotheby’s International Realty New York; Brian Goldberg, partner with LG Development; Heather Gustafson, Vice President of Business Development with CMK Realty; Gail Lissner, Vice President of Appraisal Research Counselors and lastly, James Turner, Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate with Private Bank. Each panelist discussed the state of For Sale housing in their particular markets.
