Adam Shultz has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates in Janesville, Wisconsin, as a commercial real estate sales associate.
Shultz will team with managing broker Bill Mears to handle commercial real estate sales and leasing in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Schultz spent six years at Associated Bank in Janesville, where he most recently worked as the assistant branch manager overseeing the growth of a $120 million deposit portfolio.
