Janko Group and Janko Hospitality recently celebrated the topping-off ceremony of the 150-room, six-story of the new Hyatt Place hotel now under construction at The Brewery district in Milwaukee.
Janko Group and Janko Hospitality are the developers and operators of the new hotel.
The Hyatt Place is rising on the eastern edge of Milwaukee’s Brewery district, former home of the Pabst Brewing complex. The hotel’s address is 800 W. Juneau Ave.
Janko Group is an investor in other hotels in Wisconsin, one in Madison and another in Middleton.
The hotel will include 2,000 square feet of meeting space, an onsite fitness center and an outdoor public terrace. Construction on the hotel is expected to wrap in the spring, with an anticipated grand opening in July of 2018.
