Marc Tourangeau and Trisha Kidd, associate brokers with Jaqua Commercial, assisted Gilmore Real Estate in closing a full-floor lease with Kalamazoo County Defender at 151 S. Rose St. in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This building is commonly referred to as the Comerica Building.
The 13,669-square-foot long-term lease will house the newly formed Kalamazoo Defender, which will serve as the county’s first public defender office. The office plans to employ more than 35 professionals.
The Comerica Building was attractive because of its proximity to the courthouse, overall layout and expansion possibilities.
