Jared Elfvin joins Element78 to head up real estate division

Jared Elfvin has joined Element78 in the position of director. Element78, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Tillman Private Equity Services, provides tailored fund administration solutions to private equity, venture capital, real estate, and SBIC funds. In this role, Elfvin will help lead and develop the company’s real estate fund advisory and administration practice.

Elfvin joins the advisory and administration firm after five years as principal/CEO of 5812 Group, a Chicago-based real estate firm investing in multifamily housing through private real estate funds as well as 5812 Realty I Inc, a private REIT. His responsibilities included capital raising, deal underwriting, financial reporting, inspections, lender and investor relations, deal closing as well as asset management post-closing.

Elfvin has more than 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. In addition to his role at 5812 Group, he served as finance director for Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. and on the National Labor Committee representing Mitsubishi. He graduated from the University of Iowa in 1996 with a BBS in Finance and earned an MBA in 2005 from The University of Chicago with concentrations in finance, accounting and economics.
