Urban Innovations has announced that Jeremy Zednick, CPA, has joined the firm as the CFO.
In this role, he is responsible for the overall financial direction of UI and will oversee accounting, financial reporting and cash management for the commercial partnerships.
Zednick brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting and real estate working for firms such as Equity Office, ORIX Real Estate Capital and The Inland Real Estate Group.
Zednick holds a bachelors degree from University of Miami.
