Jessica O’Hara named director of NKF’s Chicago office

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) announced that Jessica O’Hara has joined the team as director in the company’s Chicago office. O’Hara brings more than six years of commercial real estate experience to her role, with specific expertise in representing multi-tenant office building owners.

O’Hara joins the leasing team of executive managing director Bill Rolander, senior managing director Jon Cordell, associate director Jason Houze and director Josh Kellerman. In her new role, she will focus her efforts on leasing and marketing 33 N. LaSalle, 625 W. Adams and 151 N. Franklin. O’Hara will add capacity for the team to continue to focus on its select assets while leveraging the strength of the NKF agency practice and full-service global platform.

Prior to joining NKF, O’Hara served as a senior associate with CBRE, where she was a key member of the firm’s landlord representation group. During her six years with CBRE, she was integral in completing notable transactions such as the 277,000-square-foot restructure with HERE at 100 N. Riverside and the successful lease up of 150 N. Wacker. Throughout her career, O’Hara has skillfully advised numerous clients in implementing lease-up strategies, completing over one million square feet of transactions.

O’Hara received her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and is active in numerous professional and charitable endeavors. O’Hara is co-president of the Young Office Brokers Association and she is a member of Wisconsin Alumni Association’s Chicago Chapter.
