JLL has successfully completed the acquisition of a four-acre site in Merriam, Kansas, on behalf of Kansas City-based car dealership Reed Automotive Group.

JLL’s Patrick Meraz represented the automotive dealership group in the land acquisition.

This new dual showroom design – Jeep and Chrysler, Dodge, Ram – is the first in the Kansas City market and one of the newest in the country.

Located along the westside of Interstate 35 at 7000 W. Frontage Road between 67th and 75th Streets, the site is expected to serve and complement the adjacent newly built Reed Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram dealership and add to the 2018 acquisition of Reed Hyundai and Reed Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram dealerships.

Reed Automotive Group now owns about 12 acres along Interstate 35 frontage roads in Merriam.  The newly acquired land may be the home of another brand to be announced in the future.
