JLL has hired Jason Lozano as senior vice president in its Des Moines, Iowa, office. Lozano joins the JLL team with more than 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, fueling JLL’s position within the Des Moines market.
Prior to joining JLL, Lozano worked as a senior broker associate with NAI Iowa Realty Commercial. In that role, Lozano specialized in office and industrial markets, representing both tenants and landlords.
Lozano’s portfolio includes office, retail, industrial, distribution and land transactions throughout Iowa.
Lozano’s involvement in local commercial real estate organizations includes both Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association, where he was formally named president, as well as the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Lozano is a graduate of William Penn University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in business administration.
