JLL adds lead director of asset management services in Dallas office

JLL recently added Nathan Zinn as lead director of asset management services, Americas, in its Dallas office.

 JLL’s Asset Management Services platform currently manages approximately $40 billion in assets through a team of 140+ specialists globally, serving institutional clients including investment managers, private equity firms and owner-occupiers. Over the past six months, JLL has integrated its full suite of asset management services capabilities into a single global offering with existing specialist teams across EMEA and APAC, and a dedicated global Hotels practice; Zinn’s appointment will now extend it comprehensively across the Americas.  

Clients can engage Asset Management Services at any level – from partner and operator oversight, through more targeted, flexible support on individual asset management activities, to full-service outsourced asset management solutions spanning business planning, income optimisation, capital expenditure delivery, hold/sell and transaction support and reporting. Delivery is underpinned by JLL’s proprietary technology and AI-enabled tools turning data and real estate expertise into decision-ready insight.   

Zinn brings over 25 years of real estate investment and portfolio management experience to JLL. He joins from CBRE Investment Management, where he managed a $4.0 billion diversified property account, led the U.S. Development Funds, and executed approximately $7.0 billion in transactions. Prior to this, Nathan held roles at Teacher Retirement System of Texas and Aon.
