JLL recently added Nathan Zinn as lead director of asset management services, Americas, in its Dallas office.
JLL’s Asset Management Services platform currently manages approximately $40 billion in assets through a team of 140+ specialists globally, serving institutional clients including investment managers, private equity firms and owner-occupiers. Delivery is underpinned by JLL’s proprietary technology and AI-enabled tools turning data and real estate expertise into decision-ready insight.
Zinn brings over 25 years of real estate investment and portfolio management experience to JLL. He joins from CBRE Investment Management, where he managed a $4.0 billion diversified property account, led the U.S. Development Funds, and executed approximately $7.0 billion in transactions. Prior to this, Nathan held roles at Teacher Retirement System of Texas and Aon.
