JLL Capital Markets has hired managing director Scott Loving to specialize in debt and equity advisory transactions in the Twin Cities markets within Minneapolis-St. Paul.
Loving brings more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. He joins JLL from another commercial real estate firm where he sourced, structured and originated more than $2 billion in capitalizations. He is versed in all asset classes, including multi-housing, industrial, office, life sciences, hospitality, retail and tax credit lending.
He joins a JLL Capital Markets team helmed by Senior Managing Directors David Berglund and Colin Ryan, who have grown the office from seven to 25 capital markets specialists and support staff.
Loving, who will report to both Berglund and Ryan, earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and received his master’s in business administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business.
