JLL adds managing director to Columbus office

JLL announced today that Andy Dutcher has joined its Columbus, Ohio, office as Managing Director.

Boasting over 16 years of real estate experience, Dutcher will lead the market’s office agency leasing team with a focus on driving key business initiatives to continue expanding JLL’s landlord representation presence in central Ohio.

Dutcher joins JLL after spending 16 years at NAI Ohio Equities, where he was Executive Vice President and the co-founder of The Office Brokerage Group. At NAI, he led the implementation of leasing, sale and investment strategies for general and medical office properties, as well as business development initiatives.

His expertise in the Columbus downtown and suburban office markets has earned him numerous accolades, including NAI Ohio Equities Top Producer every year since 2013, CoStar Power Broker, Columbus Realtors’ Top 10 Under 40, and recognition as one of Columbus Business First’s “People to Know in Real Estate.”

Dutcher has achieved his SIOR designation, representing today’s most knowledgeable, experienced and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. Additionally, he received his bachelor’s degree from Ohio University.
