JLL hired Marsha McVicker as the Solutions Development Principal of its Healthcare Division. In this role, she will be responsible for developing growth strategies that continue to have a meaningful impacting the industry.
McVicker will be based in JLL’s Chicago office.
McVicker brings 25 years of experience serving healthcare systems with her to JLL. As the Founder and CEO of LYLA (Love Your Life Assistance), she scaled the company into an award-winning concierge-tech and AI-enabled support platform that made the lives of patients and healthcare employees easier.
JLL’s Healthcare Solutions Development team, which is part of its Work Dynamics business under Real Estate Management Services, helps organizations transform their real estate and facilities management practices to support their strategic objectives. Based in Chicago, McVicker reports to Pernicone and will work in partnership with Cheryl Carron, COO of Work Dynamics Americas and President of the Healthcare Division.
