JLL appoints Debra Bonebrake to lead national industrial property management portfolio

JLL announced that Debra Bonebrake has joined the firm as a managing director and head of U.S Industrial Property Management.

She will oversee a national industrial portfolio exceeding 150 million square feet. She will work under the direction of Craig Meyer, President of Industrial Brokerage and Industrial Capital Markets for the Americas, and Dan Pufunt, President of Property Management for the Americas.

Bonebrake brings more than 30 years of property management experience to JLL and has held leadership positions at Realty Income Corporation, and Prologis, where she was instrumental in growing the company’s portfolio from 70 million to 350 million square feet.

Bonebrake holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from West Virginia University. She will be based in JLL’s San Diego office.
