JLL announced the appointment of Jim Whittaker to lead JLL’s Engineering Services businesses across the Americas.
Whittaker will be based in Virginia and will drive strategy for the firm’s technical solutions that keep buildings running smoothly, according to the company’s statement.
Whittaker has more than 30 years of engineering and facility management experience in government, institutional, educational, healthcare and corporate facilities. Previously he was president and CEO of Facility Engineering Associates, a Virginia-based engineering consulting firm.
Whittaker has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Vermont and an MS in civil engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
