JLL announced it has assisted in three recent industrial lease transactions totaling 99,466 square feet combined.
JLS Foods signed a new 16,992-square-foot lease at 351 Hastings Drive in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
Robin Stolberg and Kurt Sarbaugh of JLL represented the landlord Molto Properties. Peter Balyeat of Korman Lederer represented the tenant in this transaction.
Smith’s Medical has renewed its 40,419-square-foot lease at 330 Corporate Woods Pkwy in Vernon Hills, Illinois.
Robin Stolberg and Kurt Sarbaugh of JLL represented the tenant, and Nick Panarese represented the landlord Van Vlissingen and Co.
Global Granite signed a new long-term lease for 42,055 square feet at 5600 W. Jarvis Avenue in Niles, Illinois.
Kurt Sarbaugh, Robin Stolberg and Steve Trapp of JLL represented the landlord partnership of Cabot Properties and Seefried Industrial Properties while Zach Graham and Ryan Bain of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.
This leaves just 38,782 square feet remaining in the new 217,064 square foot development delivered to the market earlier this year.
