JLL has announced that the firm has assisted thredUP, Inc., and Zebra Technologies Corporation in the following new leases:
ThredUP, Inc., a San Francisco-based online consignment shop specializing in providing high quality like-new women’s and children’s clothing, signed a new full building lease last week for 132,851 square feet at 100-130 Lakeview Parkway in Vernon Hills, Illinois.
The company was represented in the transaction by Kurt Sarbaugh, Robin Stolberg, and Bart Lammerson of JLL. The building’s ownership group, GLP US Management, was represented by NAI Hiffman’s Sam Badger, Whit Heitman, and Brad Weiner.
Zebra Technologies Corporation signed a new 43,298-square-foot lease to be used as their repair and repackaging facility at 2550 Millbrook Drive in Buffalo Grove, IL.
Kurt Sarbaugh, Robin Stolberg and Dan McCarthy of JLL represented the tenant in the transaction while Tom Gath and Mike Bacik of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord Millbrook Real Estate Company.
