Chadwell Supply and Land Air Express have signed lease agreements for the final two buildings in the Hazelwood Logistics Center in Hazelwood, Missouri, in the St. Louis market.
JLL’s David Branding is the exclusive broker for the logistics center.
The 165-acre, 1.8-million-square-foot industrial park is now at full capacity. This comes only two years after NorthPoint Development began redeveloping the park located off Interstate-270 near St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
Chadwell Supply and Land Air Express will occupy about 90,000 square feet within buildings seven and eight, which are scheduled to deliver to market this month. Other tenants at the center include AMazon, ODW Logistics, Quiet Logistics and Bunzl.
