JLL Capital Markets has added senior director Bill Krebsbach to its retail investment sales advisory team. Krebsbach is based in the Minneapolis office and directly reports to senior managing directors Colin Ryan and Dave Berglund, co-heads of the Minneapolis office.
Krebsbach will focus on single-tenant, net-leased investment sales, as well as growing relationships with development partners.
Prior to joining JLL, Krebsbach spent four years as an investment sales broker with Mid-America Real Estate Group, where he advised clients in both acquisitions and dispositions of their real estate assets. He completed more than $300 million in transactions in this role.
Krebsbach earned his bachelor’s degree in finance/marketing from Colorado State University.
