JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller. A private owner/user purchased the asset.

Its location at the corner of Westheimer and Gessner places it close to numerous retail amenities, including two grocery stores and a short drive to the affluent residential neighborhoods of the Memorial Villages. Additionally, Woodlake Plaza has convenient access to Beltway 8 and the Westpark Tollway providing connections to Interstate 10 and greater Houston
Originally built in 1974, the six-story Woodlake Plaza property offers a break room, conference room and parking for 292 vehicles.
