JLL Capital Markets arranged acquisition financing for a strategically located industrial facility at 14333 Sommermeyer St. in Houston, Texas.
JLL worked on behalf of the Apricus Realty Capital team, including Matt Haley, Garrett Marler and Cort Martin, to secure the non-recourse financing.
Located in Houston’s Northwest Inner Loop Industrial submarket, the property encompasses 80,295 square feet across two industrial buildings and approximately three acres of outdoor storage on a 6.9-acre site. The facility serves as the headquarters for CW Metal Products which will execute a five-year leaseback.
The property benefits from exceptional connectivity to major transportation arteries including Beltway 8, Interstate 10 and Highway 6, providing efficient access to the Port of Houston and Bush Intercontinental Airport.
