JLL Capital Markets has arranged acquisition financing for the purchase of Salesforce Tower and the Circle Building, two Class-A office towers in Indianapolis, Indiana.
JLL worked on behalf of Square Deal Investment Management to secure the financing.
Salesforce Tower and the Circle Building are positioned at 27 E. Ohio St. and 111 Monument Circle in Indianapolis’ central business district. The assets enjoy immediate access to Monument Circle and are within an amenity-rich urban core offering residential, retail, entertainment and dining options just steps from the building.
Indianapolis has seen tremendous population growth in the last decade, recording more than a 50 percent increase in residents and is on the receiving end of public and private investment to continue the economic development.
