JLL Cincinnati managing director wins Distinguished Real Estate Service Award

Rusty Myers

JLL Cincinnati Managing Director Rusty Myers has been chosen as the 2022 recipient of the Distinguished Real Estate Service Award from the University of Cincinnati (UC) Real Estate Center. Myers received his award on June 1 during the university’s 31st Annual Real Estate Center & Program Dinner.

The award winners are chosen by their peers for their entrepreneurial spirit and concern for their community. And impressively enough, this isn’t Myers’ first time winning an award from his alma mater. In 2018, he received the Robert E. Dobbs Distinguished Service Award from the UC Alumni Association.

Myers, who has more than 34 years of real estate experience, has handled several key office transactions for JLL, including The Tower at the Kenwood Collection, Redstone of Kenwood, Linden Pointe on the Lateral and Pictoria Tower.

Myers also understands the importance of connections. Serving as a member of the UC Alumni Association for nearly 20 years, he’s embraced a role as a leader in the UC community.

“I am honored and humbled to receive this honor and join some of the legends of the Cincinnati real estate industry as a recipient,” Myers said. “It is especially meaningful to receive the award from the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Center, as the education and connections I made at UC have helped lead me where I am today.”
