JLL negotiated seven new leases at Victory Plaza, bringing the Class-A, boutique office building in the Burnet neighborhood of Austin, Texas, to over 80% leased after delivering in October.
Among the newest tenants onsite are Industrious, an international coworking and private office concept; Everly Health, a digital healthcare company; Exacta Systems, a gaming and entertainment technology company; RealWork, a home services software solutions firm; Rand* Construction, a general contracting business with offices nationwide; and Key Travel Concierge, a luxury vacation rental service.
JLL Managing Directors Brent Powdrill and Bethany Perez, as well as Senior Vice President Colton McCasland are handling leasing and marketing at Victory Plaza.
Victory Plaza is a first-of-its-kind offering in the North Austin submarket, with indoor and outdoor workspaces, proximity to popular Austin restaurants and shops, onsite EV charging stations, a shared conference facility, fitness center, showers and pickleball courts. Named for the 100-year-old oak tree that flanks the communal outdoor area, the three-story office building features unique design inclusions such as two solid oak doors from the plant nursery that historically occupied the site decorating the lobby ceiling.
Opening its sixth Austin location at Victory Plaza, Industrious will take 18,653 square feet of space and plans to open in summer 2025. Founded in Chicago, the flexible workspace company now has a presence in over 65 cities, and prides themselves on providing businesses with a coworking environment that prioritizes professionalism and hospitality.
Everly Health is relocating from Austin’s Central Business District to the top floor of Victory Plaza. Its space will include an exclusive rooftop terrace and enough space to accommodate employees from all over the country. Exacta Systems, owned by Churchill Downs, will occupy a 15,908-square-foot space on the building’s ground floor.
Both RealWork and Rand* Construction have relocated to Victory Plaza from previous spaces in Central Austin. RealWork moved into an 11,684-square-foot office, while Rand* Construction took 8,367 square feet. Finally, Key Travel Concierge took 3,717 square feet at the newly delivered boutique office building.
