JLL recently closed a 13,904-square-foot lease for commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates|Cincinnati for the entire second floor of 10260 Alliance Road in Blue Ash, Ohio, which is owned by Ohio National.
JLL Senior Vice President Todd Pease and Senior Vice President Michelle Klingenberg represented Ohio National. Lee & Associates Senior Vice President Bill Schneller and Senior Vice President Dan McDonald represented Lee & Associates|Cincinnati.
Lee & Associates is relocating from 10123 Alliance Road and is expected to move into the new space in January 2022.
Ohio National sees this lease as one of many more to come for the Blue Ash submarket, especially as several larger office users are recommitting to their space needs.
This lease took place on the heels of JLL being selected to manage the property and leasing at Pfeiffer Place at Parkview at 10300 Alliance Road. With views of Summit Park, both 10260 Alliance Road and Pfeiffer Place are within close proximity to various dining, exercise and residential options. In total, 10260 Alliance Road still has 9,647 rentable square feet of space available, and Pfeiffer Place has more than 87,000 square feet of Class-A space available.
Pfeiffer Place also touts several notable amenities, including a large conference facility, a café, move-in ready spaces with furniture, building signage opportunities, 24/7 security and an on-site security officer.
