JLL announced 15 deals totaling 53,296 square feet at Dominion Plaza, a Class-A office project on Preston Road in Far North Dallas, as well as six high-end, move-in ready spec suites ranging from 1,137 to 3,087 square feet that were completed in Q4 2025.
In December 2025, Ownership obtained a renewal of its senior debt along with additional capital to meet the needs of ongoing strong tenant demand. Among the newest tenants onsite are law firms Liechty, McGinnis, Berryman & Bowen and Black, Mann & Graham as well as CMH Advisors, a tax advisory and accounting firm. Additionally, AtkinsRéalis renewed its space and Royal Electric expanded its footprint at the office tower.
JLL Senior Managing Director Trevor Franke and Associate Hudson Neuhoff represented the landlord in all 15 transactions.

This influx of new tenants and those that have chosen to renew or expand are further evidence of the employee-centric office environment that’s been established here.”
Liechty, McGinnis, Berryman & Bowen signed a 7,860-square-foot lease at Dominion Plaza, relocating from its former space at Forest Green Office Park. The Dallas-based law firm will move into Dominion Plaza in Q2 2026. Another law firm, Black, Mann & Graham, will occupy 3,519 square feet at Dominion Plaza, relocating from its previous office space nearby at 17744 Preston Road. CMH Advisors, an accounting firm specializing in helping small business owners, signed a 4,766-square-foot lease at the property.
AtkinsRéalis (formerly known as Atkins North America), a global engineering firm, has officed its Dallas operations at Dominion Plaza for nine years and recently renewed its 9,483-square-foot space. Northern California-headquartered Royal Electric, an electrical and underground contractor, has had a presence in Dallas-Fort Worth since 2018 and recently expanded its office at Dominion Plaza, now occupying a 12,615 footprint at the North Dallas office project.
Additional recent deals at Dominion Plaza include Spire Agency, Brandstetter Carroll Inc., MIECO, The Law Office of Kristin R. Brown, PLLC, Spanish Schoolhouse, Airport Design Consultants, FDK America, Citivas Engineering Group, AIAI Holdings Corporation (Ai²) and McCalla Financial Services.
