Aerospace and defense company Quest Defense has signed a 25,702-square-foot lease for its new headquarters at Pfeiffer Place at Parkview at 10300 Alliance Road in Blue Ash, Ohio.
The company is relocating from its previous Class-B space at the SharonView Corporate Center. Building owner Ohio National Financial Services was represented in the deal by JLL Senior Vice President Todd Pease.
Situated across the street from Summit Park, Energy-Star certified Pfeiffer Place features a state-of-the-art conference center, a café, and 24/7 security with an on-site security officer. It offers signage opportunities for tenants at the highly-visible corner of the Reed Hartman Highway and Pfeiffer Road.
Because of its proximity to the park, Pfeiffer Place is also within walking and driving distance to several dining, hotel, entertainment and residential options, several of which include Tahona Kitchen+Bar, Senate, The Brown Dog Café, Buffalo Wild Wings, The Approach at Summit Park apartment complex, Embassy Suites by Hilton and the Blue Ash Golf Course.
JLL’s team, consisting of Senior Vice Presidents Todd Pease and Michelle Klingenberg, was selected in July 2021 as the leasing agent for Ohio National’s multi-building office portfolio in Blue Ash and Montgomery, Ohio. Since then, JLL has secured six new office leases totaling approximately 60,000 square feet across two buildings.
