Central States Trucking, a provider of international supply chain trucking and warehousing, has leased 36,320 square feet at 4557 W. Bradbury Ave. in Indianapolis.
JLL’s executive vice president Brian Seitz and vice president Brian Buschuk, both based in Indianapolis, represented the landlord, Meritex, in the transaction. CBRE’s vice president Chris Black represented the tenant.
The building is located near two major highways, I-70 and I-465, which are major corridors for the trucking and distribution industries. Vacancy has been on the decline in the Indianapolis market for several quarters, making infill buildings a hot commodity for distributors looking for warehouses.
The space is located within a multi-tenant complex of two buildings. These buildings have 20-foot ceilings, rail access and visibility from I-70. They are located just minutes from I-465 on the southwest side of Indianapolis. The trucking company selected the space because of its dock and drive-in doors, which help their truckers move cargo in and out quickly.
