Specialty Coating Systems has renewed its lease for 60,224 square feet at 7645 Woodland Drive in Indianapolis.
JLL‘s executive vice president Steve Schwegman and vice presidents Brian Buschuk and Graham Summers, based in Indianapolis, represented the tenant in the transaction. Exeter Property Group principal Kevin Shea represented the landlord, Mid-South 7645 Woodland, in the transaction.
Specialty Coating Systems is a provider of Parylene conformal coating systems for the medical device, automotive and electronics industries. The building was constructed in 2000 and offers easy access to I-465 and I-65. The company, which is based in Indianapolis, plans to use the space as a warehouse for its coating supplies.
