JLL’s office brokerage team signed more than 75,000 square feet of new and renewed office leases at One Metropolitan Square in St. Louis during the last 30 days.
The Downtown Partnership, Zevan Davidson Law Firm and Thomas SanFilippo Law Firm all signed new lease agreements. JLL also finalized lease renewals for the St. Louis Regional Chamber of Commerce, TII, Bi-State Development/Metro, Dennis W. Fox & Associates and JLL.
Earlier this summer, the building’s largest tenant, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, which occupies more than 200,000 square feet, extended its lease for 10 years.
JLL’s team of David Biales and Ed Backer worked on behalf of the landlord to finalize the transactions.
