JLL recently closed the disposition of a 141,053-square-foot office building at 1200 S. Madison Ave. in downtown Indianapolis.
JLL executive vice president Rebecca Wells and managing director John Robinson represented Keystone Realty Group in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The 1200 S. Madison Ave. building is 95 pecent occupied by MDWise and the City of Indianapolis, and was sold to 1200 Madison Property LLC.
