Justin Lossner, vice president at JLL in Des Moines, has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. The designation was presented during a ceremony on October 26 in Atlanta, Georgia.
The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of an advanced curriculum and presentation of a portfolio qualifying industry experience. The curriculum addresses the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate – financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis.
