JLL continues to expand its Industrial Brokerage group in Chicago with the addition of John Picchiotti.
He will serve as managing director and leader of the Chicago Industrial Brokerage business while Trevor Ragsdale, senior managing director, will be elevated into a national leadership role for JLL’s Industrial Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) business.
Picchiotti brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience in both brokerage and institutional ownership to JLL, most recently leading more than 50 brokerage professionals for a competing commercial real estate services firm.
He also worked 16 years for Prologis, a top institutional owner, managing their Chicago operations. In addition to managing JLL’s local industrial brokerage team, he will work closely with other service line leaders across the Midwest and on national Industrial initiatives.
Picchiotti is a University of Illinois graduate and CPA, a member of NAIOP, SIOR and AIRE and actively involved in Catalyst Schools, Fellowship Housing and Young Life, a non-profit organization that reaches out to more than one million middle school, high school and college students around the world each year in friendship and faith.
