JLL closed the successful negotiation of a new 9,000-square-foot office lease for OneRequest, a new automotive service company based in the Kansas City area, at 6363 College Blvd. in nearby Overland Park, Kansas.
The online-based company is geared toward buyers and sellers of new and used automobiles. Buyers can compare buying options and find their desired vehicle without giving away personal contact information. Dealers receive verified leads and can review the full details of requested vehicles without incurring any costs, providing greater cost control.
