JLL today is continuing to grow its presence in Milwaukee and throughout Wisconsin with new talent and key leadership hires that will strengthen its local platform. In addition to new hires on both its Office and Industrial teams, JLL has brought in experts across Retail, Valuation and Advisory Services and Senior Housing.
“Milwaukee remains on a path of growth, where we’re seeing an increase in population, transformative developments around the city and an ever-expanding business community,” said David Pudlosky, JLL Milwaukee office lead. “We are committed to growing and strengthening our Milwaukee area presence in order to best serve the needs of our current and future clients and that starts with hiring the best talent.”
Most recently, JLL veteran Larry Kilduff transitioned to the Milwaukee team from the firm’s Chicago office. Over the past six years, Kilduff has led JLL’s Retail brokerage business in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. His 25-year career involves every aspect of retail real estate with a proven track record of success in brokerage, operations, acquisitions, development, asset management, dispositions and workouts.
During the last few years we’ve advanced our Retail practice in key areas across the Midwest to provide enhanced and expanded services to our clients,” said Dan Ryan, President of JLL’s Central Region. “The appointment of Larry to his new role is a key component of our overall growth strategy, and with his extensive experience and client-centric mindset, he is perfectly suited to lead our retail presence in Milwaukee.”
Adding to the firm’s local team is Rob Wells, Senior Vice President, who will lead and grow the valuation and advisory services platform in the Milwaukee region and throughout Wisconsin. Wells has managed relationships with hundreds of clients ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies in delivering complex valuation advisory projects on a wide range of real estate assets.
