Marsh & McLennan, a national risk prevention and insurance agency, is relocating its St. Louis office to Bank of America Plaza.
The agency will occupy 17,397 square feet on the 18th floor of the 30-story Bank of America Plaza, which is located in the heart of downtown St. Louis at 800 Market St., according to JLL, which represented the building landlord, Positive Investments, Inc., in the transaction.
Marsh & McLennan will move from the agency’s current location at Peabody Plaza effective Nov. 1.
The building features a premium tenant experience, including convenient lobbies and lounges and a tech-equipped conference center that can accommodate up to 250 people. The building’s food service provider employs a full-time dietician, who is available for wellness counseling and coaching. Tenants can enjoy views of Citygarden Sculpture Park and take advantage of direct skywalk access to nearby parking.
