Kansas City-based SnapIT Solutions, a technology solutions and servivces firm, is moving its corporate headquarters to Rosana Square at 7780 W. 119th St. in Overland Park, Kansas. JLL represented office lease with SnapIT.
SnapIT is moving from 12022 Blue Valley Parkway to its new home.
JLL’s Anné Erickson negotiated the 10,000-square-foot office lease on behalf of SnapIT Solutions with the landlord, Privitera Realty Holding’s LLC.
