JLL announced that Sethmar Transportation has leased 20,000 square feet of Class-A office space at the Aspiria campus in Overland Park, Kansas.
The relocation is slated for October and will more than double Sethmar’s office footprint in the Kansas City market.
Aspiria is situated about 10 miles southwest of Kansas City in Overland Park. Aspiria’s campus is a destination workplace featuring a variety of eateries, open green space with water features, retail locations, a state-of-the-art fitness center and more.
In addition to its new Kansas City headquarters, Sethmar will maintain operations of offices in Colorado, Arkansas and Illinois. The Kansas City office will serve as a home base to about 50 employees focused on providing freight forwarding and logistics solutions that intersects all aspects of the supply chain.
