First Heritage Bank has completed the acquisition of a .22-acre tract in the new Lenexa City Center development in Lenexa, Kansas, at the northeast corner of 87th Street and Winchester Street. The site will serve as the location of the bank’s new 5,500-square-foot branch.
JLL’s RJ Trowbridge led the site selection process on behalf of First Heritage Bank. Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes, PC represented them in the acquisition, and Collier’s Kimberly Tranbarger represented the seller.
Kansas City-based Davidson Architecture + Engineering is serving as the architect for the bank’s new branch and Kanas City-based Miller Stauch Construction is the general contractor.
The anticipated completion date/opening is December 2020.
