JLL has made two important changes in its Indianapolis office. Adam Broderick, currently managing director, will assume full leadership of JLL’s office in Indianapolis, while John Robinson, managing director, will transition into the leadership role for the firm’s local agency leasing business.
Broderick is backed by more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than 650 transactions, representing both owners and occupiers across the United States. Since joining the firm nine years ago, he has made significant contributions to the growth and development of the Indianapolis Investor Services team that is responsible for more than 11 million square feet of projects in both the suburban and CBD office markets, including the State’s largest office building, Salesforce Tower.
In his new role leading the Indianapolis team, Broderick will focus on shaping the firm’s local business strategy and expanding JLL’s presence throughout the region.
For the past 27 years, Robinson has been a key player in the industry, and in 2008 he opened a new office for JLL to cover the state of Indiana. Today, he and his leasing team are the exclusive leasing agent for Keystone at the Crossing, a 1-million-square-foot suburban office park, Salesforce Tower, a 1.1-million-square-foot 48-story downtown office building and The Precedent Office Park, a 1.2-million-square-foot suburban office park. These represent three of the four largest listings in Indiana.
In his new role overseeing the firm’s local Agency Leasing business, Robinson will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and strengthening the firm’s existing platform to better serve its clients locally.
