Marcus Pitts, managing director with the Des Moines, Iowa, office of JLL, was recently honored by the Society of of Industial and Office Realtors for his achievements in real estate transactions.
Pitts won the award for closing the Largest Dollar Volume Transaction in Alternative Assets/Other for his efforts in the sale of a 33,435-square-foot asset for $4.8 million.
“It’s nice to see Des Moines getting recognized for deals done locally,” Pitts said. “We were involved in numerous capitla market transactions in 2017, ranging from $1 million to more than $20 million, and we think that momentum will continue to grow in the foreseeable future.”
Pitt has 15 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional.
