JLL celebrated the groundbreaking of The Craftsman on France, a luxury mixed-use development at 7250 France Ave. S in Edina, Minnesota.
Featuring 136,000 square feet of premium office space, retail areas, and plans for an adjacent 150-unit residential building located onsite, this project is poised to become a cornerstone of the vibrant France Avenue corridor.
Developed by Orion Investments, The Craftsman on France sets a new standard for sustainable, luxury urban living. With construction led by Minneapolis-headquartered Adolfson & Peterson Construction — also home to its Midwest-based operations — and design by ESG Architecture and Design, the project combines innovative architecture, high-end amenities, and environmental responsibility (targeting LEED Silver) to create a sophisticated urban hub. The project is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2026.
