JLL has been named the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for Welty Development Company’s Vista Plaza at 5959 Rockside Woods, a 154,000-square-foot Class-A office building in Independence, Ohio.
Vista Plaza is the first Class-A multi-tenant office building to be built in the South/Rockside Road market in 10 years and the first Class-A building spanning more than 100,000 square feet to be built in the last 25 years in the area.
Construction broke ground on Vista Plaza in August 2021, with CBIZ, Inc. named as its anchor tenant after announcing plans to relocate its headquarters. Currently, there is 75,000 square feet available for lease in the building. Occupancy is scheduled for February 2023.
The newly constructed suburban office building offers competitive amenities such as an onsite conferencing center and a fitness facility complete with showers and lockers.
Centrally located in Independence off Interstates 77 and 480, Vista Plaza Rockside Woods is within close proximity to dozens of restaurants and eateries, and several business parks and hotels. The building is also just 15 minutes south of downtown Cleveland, and less than a 20-minute drive from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
