JLL has appointed Ryan Room as chief operating officer for its property management business.
Room succeeds Kristin Mueller in the role, who was appointed president of JLL Retail Property Management.
Room has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and most recently served as JLL’s Regional Property Manager for the Greater Philadelphia region, with oversight of 85 office properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
During his time in this role, Room drove results and efficiencies across the portfolio achieving 73% market share growth under his leadership. Room joined JLL more than eight years ago as a General Manager in the Indiana market before advancing to regional responsibility.
JLL’s 2,300 property management experts in the U.S. provide comprehensive real estate services in more than 3,800 buildings totaling more than 745 million square feet.
