JLL appointed Ann MacDiarmid as Executive Vice President, Retail Corporate Services, where she will serve as Transaction Management Practice Lead.
Based in Chicago, MacDiarmid is responsible for overseeing and growing JLL’s Transaction Management service offering within Retail Corporate Services — including leading the transaction management team, serving as a direct point of contact for key client accounts, managing onboarding and program delivery for new accounts, and contributing to new business development. She reports to Walter Wahlfeldt, Senior Managing Director, Retail Corporate Services & Midwest Retail Lead, and begins July 13.
MacDiarmid brings more than a decade of retail real estate experience to the role, with a track record in transaction management, multi-market program delivery, and outsourcing for national retail occupiers. She returns to JLL having previously worked with the firm’s Work Dynamics division. Most recently, she was with Cushman & Wakefield as Executive Account Director, where she provided executive oversight for teams serving distributed retail portfolios spanning 15,000+ sites, leading senior client relationships, securing contract renewals, and driving strategic account growth.
