JLL named Jamie Fitzgerald as Senior Director, Financial Services Consulting Lead within its Americas Consulting business. In this role, Fitzgerald is responsible for driving growth across banking, investment management, fintech and insurance accounts.
Fitzgerald will collaborate closely with JLL’s Financial Services leadership team to deliver transformative real estate solutions that help clients balance risk while navigating complex, rapidly changing markets.
Fitzgerald brings over 20 years of senior real estate experience spanning financial services and healthcare. Prior to her appointment as the Financial Services Consulting Lead, she rejoined JLL in October 2025 to work with a top 10 commercial bank in a consulting capacity. Earlier in her career, Fitzgerald spent nearly a decade at JLL in various strategic roles and served as Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Planning Manager at a top 10 commercial bank.
She also held corporate real estate leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Vice President of National Strategy, overseeing a 42-million-square-foot portfolio. Her background includes executing due diligence for 87 M&A acquisitions, directing branch expansion programs and founding Six Sigma productivity initiatives. Fitzgerald holds a Master of Arts in international business from the University of Florida.
Fitzgerald reports into JLL’s Consulting group, led by DeJeana Chappell Kilgore, Head of Consulting, Americas.
