JLL promoted Paul Walters to Senior Managing Director, PDS South Central and US Manufacturing, taking on an expanded dual leadership role for the firm’s Project and Development Services (PDS) business. Walters will serve as National Lead for JLL’s Industrial and Manufacturing sector while also leading PDS operations across all sectors in the South-Central U.S. region.
In this role, Walters will set national sector strategy for manufacturing clients — who face specialized infrastructure requirements, complex regulatory compliance, advanced technology integration and compressed construction timelines — while also directing day-to-day PDS delivery, growth and operational performance across the South-Central region’s full client base, spanning office, industrial, life sciences, data centers and other sectors.
Based in Dallas, Walters will expand sales channels, create new business and build partnerships with manufacturing industry stakeholders Nationally, while also recruiting and developing PDS talent across the South-Central region. He will foster cross-functional collaboration with JLL’s brokerage, property management, capital markets and other service lines to deliver integrated solutions for clients in both his sector and regional remit. He will report to Louis Molinini.
Walters brings more than 25 years of international project leadership experience across the United Kingdom, Canada and the U.S., including large-scale, complex projects across manufacturing, industrial, critical infrastructure and corporate environments. He most recently served as Executive Vice President, National Industrial and Manufacturing for PDS, and previously led JLL’s PDS business across Central Canada as Senior Vice President.
