JLL appointed Erin Baber as Vice President of Project and Development Services for the Tennessee region.
Based in Nashville, Baber brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the role, where she will lead and expand the firm’s tenant improvement team while overseeing construction and renovation projects for a diverse range of commercial clients.
In this role, Baber will drive the strategic growth of JLL’s tenant improvement services across Tennessee, managing projects from inception to completion. Prior to joining JLL, she served as Senior Project Manager at Mill Creek Residential Trust, where she specialized in project oversight, cost management and execution for large-scale residential developments. Over the course of her career, Baber has successfully managed more than $1 billion in projects across the Southeast.
