JLL has been selected as the exclusive leasing and property management agent of Ohio National Financial Services’ multi-building portfolio in Blue Ash and Montgomery, Ohio.
The portfolio consists of its headquarters building at 1 Financial Way, Pfeiffer Place at 10300 Alliance Road and Blue Ash Office Center VI at 10260 Alliance Road. JLL senior vice presidents Todd Pease and Michelle Klingenberg will manage leasing efforts.
Although the building at 1 Financial Way is fully occupied, Pfeiffer Place and Blue Ash Office Center VI offer more than 123,000 square feet of Class-A and Class-B available space combined. All three properties offer easy access to Interstates 71 and 275 with signage options available and recent lobby upgrades.

Ohio National employs about 900 people in the Greater Cincinnati region.
