Milwaukee-based developer Zilber Property Group has selected JLL as the exclusive marketing and leasing representative for a new big box speculative industrial building being developed at 2650 Auto Mall Dr. in Elgin, Illinois.
Zilber Industrial I will be a 257,344-square-foot building located just north of I-90 within the Randall Road Corridor in Elgin.
The building is currently under construction and projected for an October 2016 delivery. The building features 32′ clear ceilings, 50′ x 55’6″ bay sizes, 60′ staging bays, 24 exterior docks (that can be expanded), 4 drive-in doors and 327 parking spaces for autos (259 spaces) and trailers (68 spaces).
Zilber Industrial I is located 28 miles from O’Hare International Airport, 44 miles from Chicago Rockford International Airport and within nine hours of primary markets that include Memphis, Toronto, Kansas City, Indianapolis and Detroit, among many others.
